The legal contact details of the data controller will be completed with those of the operating business before public indexing.
Data concerned
The contact form may collect your name, email, optional telephone number, country, model of interest and message. The configurator stores your selection only in your browser’s local storage until you choose to send it.
Purposes and legal bases
Form data is used to answer your request, assess project compatibility and take pre-contractual steps at your request. It is not used for unrelated marketing.
Recipients and hosting
Requests are available to staff authorised to handle WOLF OUTLAND projects and to Netlify as the technical form and hosting provider. Customer files are not sold.
Retention
Requests are kept as long as needed to handle them and deleted no later than 24 months after the last exchange, unless a legal duty or dispute requires evidence to be retained. Projects stored in your browser remain under your control.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object where the law allows. Use the Contact page with the subject “Personal data”. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
Security and transfers
Reasonable technical measures protect transmissions and access. Hosting by a US provider may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under the provider’s contractual safeguards.
